Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. We protect your personal information and never share it with anyone. To ensure security, we visually verify that the card used in person belongs to the owner. We also use third-party bankingto process payments safely and efficiently.

All information collected is solely for business use. After completing your project, we will contact you with a receipt and/or invoice of payment. We will never misuse, sell, or collect data that could compromise your personal information.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing STK Construction LLC. Please read the following information carefully:

• All invoices are due for payment within 72 hours from the date of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in late charges.

• Late Charges: A late fee of 5% per day will be applied after the 72-hour payment period. These charges are not punitive but cover additional administrative costs incurred due to overdue payments.

Credit Reporting & Small Claims

If an invoice remains unpaid after 73 hours from the date of service:

✔ We reserve the right to report non-payment to applicable credit agencies, which may affect your credit standing and future creditworthiness.
✔ We may also pursue legal action through Small Claims Court as a last resort after attempting to resolve the matter through direct communication.
